Work Day: Irv Deines reports that the gravel was moved, the trash barrels were emptied at the Mesa County Landfill, a small berm was built in the existing pistol pit. Preparations are made to begin to build the berms on the main firing line. There may be some adjustments made to accommodate the prone positions. Some concern was voiced that the height of some of the berms may make the long distant targets impossible to see.
Un-Finished Business
Discussion on the location and height of the proposed berms.
New Business
Work Days: Some suggestions came from Irv and some from members.
1. We need to establish a work-kit: this would be the tools that members bring with them so that they can participate in the workdays.
2. We need a committee to take care of workdays. Deciding what needs to be done every workday, and ramroding the event, Set up a calendar of some sort so that long-range projects can be planned, maybe calling members to invite them to participate.
Several members present volunteered to serve on this committee
