Call to Order
Irv Deines called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm
Pledge
The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the Unites Sates was recited by all present.
Minutes
The Minutes of the December meeting were read and accepted as read
Treasures Report
The Treasurers Report was read by Patricia Weber

The treasurers report will stand as read.

Un-Finished Business
Report from the audit committee was read by Irv Deines. A copy of which will be kept with the minutes.
New Business
Some questions about memberships were addressed
Range Safety Rules have been modified and are posted on the web page and will be added to new member applications, made a part of the renewal application, posted at the range and will be inserted in the next newsletter.
Adjournment
Paul Toft made a motion to adjourn this months membership meeting

There being no objections Irv Deines adjourned this meeting at 8:50 PM
