ORCHARD MESA GUN CLUB MEMBERS MEETING
October 15, 2013
CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the President, Chuck Lopas. There were 8 members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the September, 2013 Members Meeting were read by the Secretary, and approved as read.
TREASURERS REPORT: The Treasurers Report was given by the Treasurer. It was moved, seconded and passed to accept the report.
CORESPONDENCE: None.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: The public sight in days were attended by 12 people and donations totaled $12.00. An attendance sheet is attached to and made a part of these minutes. The Appleseed Project was very well attended. They turned in $56.00 for the adult shooters fees. The Schutzen match had 6 shooters and $18.00 was turned in to the Club.
OLD BUSINESS: None.
NEW BUSINESS: The Nominating Committee was appointed. Russ Weber, Tom Mathews, and Jeff Howard form the Committee. There was discussion regarding the need for greater member participation in the activities, meetings and work days of the Club. The Board of Directors will meet soon to discuss how to accomplish this.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the members it was moved, seconded and passed to adjourn. The Meeting was adjourned at 8:03 PM by the President.
