MINUTES:  The minutes of the June, 2014 Members Meeting were read by the Secretary, and accepted as read.

TREASURERS REPORT:  The June, 2014 Treasurers Report was given by the Treasurer.  It was moved, seconded and passed to approve the report.  A copy of the Report is attached to and made a part of these minutes.

CORESPONDENCE:  None.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:  The exact number of junior 4H shooters using the range for the Mesa County Fair was unknown.  The Schutzen match had 5 shooters and $15.00 was turned in to the Club.

OLD BUSINESS:  The Grand Valley Marksmen still have position of the OMGC target rifles.  Their President’s wife recently had a baby and we have not been able to schedule a time for picking up these rifles.  They still want to purchase one of these rifles for $425.00, with sights.  There was general agreement to do this and it was moved, seconded and passed to sell this rifle.  Jeff Howard reported on three used lawnmowers foe sale at a second hand shop in Clifton.  He will try to get together with Dean Blank to further evaluate these mowers.  If one seems like an acceptable mower the Board of Directors will be contacted.  The Target Shed reroofing project continues to be evaluated.

NEW BUSINESS:  The Club’s Certificate of Deposit matures on July 17, 2014.  Current interest rates are slightly higher.  There was discussion about what to do with this CD and money in the Capital Acquisition Fund.  Following discussion the current CD will be rolled over for 12 months, and a new CD of $10,000 for 24 months purchased with money in the Capital Acquisition Fund.

ADJOURNMENT:  There being no further business to come before the members it was moved, seconded and passed to adjourn.  The meeting was adjourned at 8:02PM by the President.

Respectfully submitted,

Jeff Howard Secretary
