ORCHARD MESA GUN CLUB MEMBERS MEETING
December 20, 2016
CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the President, Eric Kjeldgaard. There were 10 members and 1 guest present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the November, 2016 Meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as corrected.
TREASURERS REPORT: The November, 2016 Treasurers Report was presented by the Treasurer. It was moved, seconded and passed to accept the Report. A copy is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.
CORESPONDENCE: The Club' Law Firm sent an updated fee schedule. Our Attorney now bills 260.00 per hour. The Club received a Christmas Card from our bank, ANB.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: The Audit Committee has yet to meet.
OLD BUSINESS: None.
NEW BUSINESS: The floor was opened for any nominations for Club officers, and there being none the slate put forth by the Nominating Committee of the current officers was elected by acclamation. The Officers for 2017 are Eric Kjeldgaard President, Jon Kobylarz Vice President, Art Bennett Treasurer, and Jeff Howard Secretary. The Annual Board of Directors Meeting will be held on January 10, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Club House. The Meeting is open to all members . The 2017 Calendar will be finalized and distributed in January, 2017.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the members the Meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM by the President.
