ORCHARD MESA GUNCLUB MEMBERS MEETING

June 18, 2019


CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the President, Eric Kjeldgaard. There were 13 members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.

MINUTES: The Minutes of the May 2019 Members Meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as corrected.

TREASURERS REPORT: The Treasurers Report was given by the Treasurer. It was moved, seconded and passed to approve the Report. A copy is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.

CORESPONDENCE: None.

COMMITTEE REPORTS: There were 6 shooters at the June Hunter Benchrest Match and $18.00 was turned in to the Club. High Power had 9 shooters and $27.00 was turned in. The Rimfire Postal Match had 4 shooters and $12.00 was turned in. Schutzen had 6 shooters and $18.00 was turned in.

OLD BUSINESS: Tom Matthews is still working with Mesa County to get our Property Tax Assessment corrected. Nine Club members and four 4H Club members attended the June Workday. The roof on the North Range was replaced, gongs at 300 yard were rehung, the North Range Ready Line was repainted along with bleachers and rifle racks. Some weeds were also cut down. Water was added to the South Ranges toilet. There are 23 new chairs for the North Range.

NEW BUSINWSS: The 4H Invitational Match will be June 22, 2019 and spectators are welcome. Four loads of gravel were delivered and spread on various roads and walkways and the footprint of the old Target Shed. There is some additional spreading yet to be completed.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the members the Meeting was adjourned at 7:52 PM by the President.
