ORCHARD MESA GUN CLUB MEMBERS MEETING
November 15, 2022
CALL TO ORDER: The Meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM by the President, Jonathan Kobylarz. There were 6 members present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present.
MINUTES: The Minutes of the October 2022 Meeting were read by the Secretary and approved as corrected.
TREASURERS REPORT: The October Treasurers Report was given by Tom Matthews. It was moved, seconded, and passed to approve the Report. A copy is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.
CORESPONDENCE: The Colorado Secretary of State Periodic Report was filed with the Secretary of State by Tom Matthews, Chairman of the Board of Directors. A copy is attached to and made a part of these Minutes.
COMMITTEE REPORTS: The RF-BR 100 Match had 7 shooters and $21.00 was turned in to the Club. The Nominating Committee has no new candidates for Club Officers.
OLD BUSINESS: Two air rifles have been purchased with plastic stocks by the Club. The stocks will need to be shortened for smaller children.
NEW BUSINESS: The mass mailing of information and possibly other correspondence using Mail Chimp was discussed at length. The email addresses of Club members will need to be updated to insure they are correct. Some members also have not furnished their email address to the Club, or do not have one.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to come before the members the Meeting was adjourned at 8:22 PM by the President.
